Projects
Works For All
Not so much a project as an actual business. At Works For All we help organisations to amplify their impact through training, projects and process implementation. The tools we share and use include user research, co-design and sometimes full on co-production, systems thinking, design thinking and impact measurement.
This Chat Helps
This Chat Helps accelerates the time it takes for social sector advisors to deliver outcomes for their clients. It is a virtual chat agent that takes care of the tasks of writing formal letters and filling in forms. It might help with writing a mental health reasonable adjustment request letter in one moment or help with navigating the benefits system in the next. It’s your advisor’s intern, getting on with the repetitive tasks in the background, allowing your advisors to focus on being a deep listening human.
Radical Impact Canvas
The Radical Impact Canvas helps social ventures to plan their projects. As Alexander Osterwalder said of the Business Model Canvas, these canvases support business model innovation to ensure the sustainability of your social venture projects.
Past notable projects:
Draze
Draze was a print yoga magazine that went out across the UK. Founded by myself and Bex, we ran this project for a couple of years in our spare time whilst we were in our past full time jobs. We grew the magazine to 100k readers in 8 months and featured stories including on the Prison Yoga project, how yoga supported Yuladi Saluti and Lockey Maisonneuve with adjusting to their new life after cancer and the new generation of over 90s embracing yoga. It was originally created after reading Simon Steven’s NHS Five Year Forward plan in 2015 as a way of encouraging new people to move through yoga.
