About me

Hi, I’m Beez. You might know me as the co-founder of Works For All (with my wife, Bex), you may have been to one of my workshops on amplifying your social impact or maybe you’ve engaged in one of my other projects. You might also be a new friend who’s just exploring my writing. Welcome, hopefully there is something useful here.

I also post articles on Works For All, as well as across the web from time to time.

I’m most interested in how organisations can amplify their impact. I’m also mildly obsessed with chai. It’s not just the taste and the memories of family, friends and connection, it’s the ritual embedded in the brewing process, the aroma and how, when the process is surrendered to, it compels us to slow down and savour the moment.

From an amplifying impact perspective, I am passionate about the power of co-design and sometimes full-on co-production, systems thinking, design thinking and impact measurement to bring about real change.

Additionally, I am a the vice-chair of trustees of the mental health charity, Bridge Support, an SSE and RSA fellow, an alumni of Cambridge Social Ventures and I am currently studying for an MSt in Social Innovation at the University of Cambridge.
